Uprising Adventure Guides (UAG) has implemented the following:
1. Climbing gear from UAG used by guests is sanitized prior to each use.
2. Our guides perform temperature checks prior to meeting guests and evaluate if they may be experiencing any potential symptoms.
Considering your time with UAG is spent outdoors, we are confident these measures will provide assurance that your safety and well-being is a top priority to us!

Cancellation Information
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of activities. We will work with you to reschedule to a new date or if you need to cancel entirely within 72 hours’ notice you will be charged a 15% processing fee. If you cancel inside of 72 hours or do not show up, you will not be refunded and will have to reschedule by paying full price. If the guest chooses to cancel a trip due to weather, but the guide feels the trip can still be run safely, no refunds will be issued.
